KONAVLE BIKING TOUR |
|
We hop on our bikes in the village Gruda in Konavle. We
get right away on the paths going through the colourful
Konavle |
|
field. |
|
The path takes us through orchards, corn fields,
vineyards, blackberry bushes. We cross the small bridges
over the rivers |
|
Ljuta and Konavočica. |
|
Bike rides are interrupted by short pauses which allow the
guide to explain the historical and natural
characteristics of |
|
Konavle to the guests. We take a break to refresh
ourselves with home-grown fruit on the river bank. |
|
On our way back to the village Gruda you can taste or buy
some well-known wines made from sorts of grape from
Konavle |
|
in the wine cellars “Dubrovački podrumi “. |

HIKING DUBROVNIK |
|
We climb up the oldest path in Dubrovnik dating from the
6th century, while the City appears continually. After a
forty- |
|
minute climbing we arrive to Bosanka, have a short break
and get to know the surroundings and then we continue to
walk |
|
toward Srð. |
|
We visit the Napoleon’s fortress “Imperial“ which was
destroyed during the war, with the best view of the City. |

SEA KAYAK |
|
Your adventure on the sea starts with rowing between the
fortresses Bokar and Lovrijenac . |
|
Easy rowing in kayaks and the tour round the old walls are
an excellent opportunity to get to know the city of
Dubrovnik |

from the sea. The magnificent walls rising from the sea
and the view of the old harbour will make an unforgettable
effect |
|
on you. |
|
After going round the walls you sunbathe on the beach in
the cave Betina which is very close to the city. |

JEEP SAFARI KONAVLE |
|
The drive will beginn with a
view point called „Gray eagle“, above Cavtat. From here
You have the possibility to take a |

view to a large part of the
Dubrovnik coast with the Elaphite islands and on the other
side the Konavle fields. |

Further we will drive right
through the Konavle fields, over the so called Napoleon
road, through vineyards and rivers |
|
till the other coastal side
to the village Molunat. |
|
Here we will make a stop to
come down a little bit. You can also swimm if You like and
You will surly change Your |
|
first impressions. |
|
Because You will be surly
hungry till now, we will drive You to the lunch, again
through the Konavle fields and tight roads till
|
|
a small village on a hill.
From here You can see a large part of Konavle. |
|
You will be expected and
welcomed to the first room in a old mill. After a home
burnd schnapps, You can satisfy Your |
|
hunger with homemade bred,
cheese, ham and fig, all homemade and fresh. |
|
Maybe You want to take a glas
of wine directly from the barrel? |
|
After this short break, the
landlord will tell You the story of this 500 years old
mill. |
|
In the second room, the lunch
will be served. If You like to, You can help prepairing
the meat „under the bell“! |
|
Enjoy garden salad, meat,
vegetables and fresh fruit from the garden and at the end
a coffe made on a special local way. |
|
From drinks You can choose
between white and red wine of the house and juice of
freshly squeezed fruits. |
|
Eat, drink and feel just like
families in Konavle, have done, hunders of years ago, on

After the lunch, we drive
back to Cavtat, back to the reality but full of enhusiasm
and lot of stories! |
